Most trainings pick a side: either tool training with prompts and features, or soft skills with voice and presence. I do both at the same time, deliberately.

That is why I train both ends of the barbell: live AI competence on your real tasks on one side, voice, language and connection on the other. One makes you faster. The other makes you impossible to replace.

My voice, my languages, my AI

Two languages from the start.

Born in Russia, raised in Germany, studied and worked in Salamanca and Sheffield. I grew up with two languages and learned two more. Maybe that is where my profession comes from: I hear how people speak. And I hear what they actually want to say.

As a speech scientist and Integral Business Coach I have been bringing both together for more than 15 years. Today with a new tool in the case: AI, live in the seminar room.
